Vegan Tzatziki

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup hemp seed hearts
  • 4 slices cucumber (peeled)
  • 1.5 tbs dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a small food processor and blend

  2. Store in an air tight container for at least 3 hours before serving
