Vegan Peanut Butter Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp Coconut oil (melted)
  • Sea salt (for garnishing)
  • 2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips/chunks (non-dairy)

Instructions

  1. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the coconut oil

  2. Mix the peanut butter, maple syrup and coconut oil

  3. Freeze the mixture for 30 minutes

  4. Form small eggs and freeze for 2 hours or overnight

  5. Melt semi-sweet non dairy chocolate chips/chunks, dip the frozen eggs into the chocolate and add sea salt to the tops

  6. Freeze for at least 1 hour and serve
