  • 2 cloves garlic chopped small (or 1/4 tsp garlic powder)
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp red Thai curry paste
  • 1 head fresh cauliflower
  • 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables (we like peas, carrots and green beans)
  • 1 bag jasmine rice (frozen)
