TTLA - Tempeh 'Bacon', Tomato, Lettuce & Avocado Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Lightlife Organic Fakin' Bacon Tempeh Strips
  • 2 slices Ezekiel Sesame Sprouted Whole Grain Bread
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 cup Romaine Lettuce or Spinach
  • 1-2 slices tomato (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the tempeh strips on a non stick pan for a 2 minutes and flip for another 2 minutes

  2. Toast Ezekiel slices and slice half of an avocado

  3. Construct your sandwich with the tempeh strips, avocado slices, and romaine lettuce or spinach

  4. Cut the sandwich in half and serve!
