The Beauty Boost

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lemon (juiced)
  • 1/4 green apple
  • 3 cups baby spinach
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1-2 cups filtered water (cold)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. If you don't have a vitamix, you will need to blend at high speed for a few extra minutes.

Recipe Notes

This recipe only calls for 1/4 of an apple so I chop the rest and freeze it. For the week, I take out the frozen pieces to add to the drink.
