Plant Protein Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • a little under 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (you can always add more milk depending on consistency)
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 scoop Amazing Grass Plant Protein Superfood Powder - Chocolate Peanut Butter (20 grams)
  • 1 dash vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or high speed blender and blend for 30 seconds

  2. Keep refrigerated for at least 1 hour to overnight

Recipe Notes

  • I prefer the chocolate peanut butter flavor protein powder over the chocolate flavor.  When making the pudding, I doesn't have a peanut butter taste. 
  • Feel free to add toppings such as cocoa nibs, dairy-free chocolate chunks, coconut whipped cream, granola, or fruit!
