Overnight Antioxidant Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (we use gluten-free)
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 2 tsp raw goji berries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tsp coconut nectar or date paste
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla cashew or almond milk
  • 1 dash cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add all dry ingredients to a container with an air tight lid

  2. The night before, add milk and coconut nectar or date paste. 

  3. Stir and seal with an air tight lid

  4. Enjoy in the morning!
