Nacho 'Cheese' Crunchy Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 1 can chick peas
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Drain chickpeas and rinse well. 

  3. Dry the chickpeas in paper towels to absorb the liquid.

  4. Once dry, toss the chickpeas into a mixing bowl with olive oil and seasoning.

  5. Bake for 40-50 minutes and shake the baking sheet every 10 minutes to prevent burning.

  6. Store in an air tight container.
