Maple Carrot Bisque

Servings 16 cups

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs carrots
  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder can sub with chopped onions
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder can sub with minced garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • sea salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and chop carrots

  2. Steam until a fork can easily pierce the carrots

  3. Add the carrots and the rest of the ingredients to a blender

  4. Add water to thin and reach your preferred consistency

  5. Serve immediately or freeze in an air tight container
