Kale "Doritos"

Ingredients

  • 1 bag kale
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • a few grinds salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1-2 sprays non stick olive oil or coconut oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 225 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  2. Put all seasonings into a grinder until they are fine.

  3. Destem kale and break it into large pieces.

  4. Spread the kale on the baking sheet and use a non stick spray such as olive oil or coconut oil and lightly spritz the kale. You could also use a tbsp of olive oil and mix it into a large bowl. 

  5. Toss the seasoning on top of the kale (as much as you think is necessary - I had some left over)

  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until crispy
