Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 banana
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp non-dairy chocolate chips or chopped pieces
  • 1-2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (Depending on consistency)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Add all ingredients to a small food processor or blender except the chocolate chips

  3. On a parchment paper lined tray, form one large cookie with your dough and add the chocolate chunks to your cookie

  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes
