Cauli-Mash

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cashew milk
  • 3 tbsp dairy-free almond-based yogurt
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chives or parsley for topping

Instructions

  1. Chop the head of cauliflower into smaller pieces and steam

  2. Once you can pierce the cauliflower easily with a fork, add all of the ingredients to a blender

  3. Top with chives or parsley and enjoy
