5 Ingredient Giant Cookie

Can you imagine waking up every morning to a giant cookie that’s actually good for you? Your dreams are coming true with our 5 ingredient guilt-free oatmeal chocolate chip cookie.

We are turning morning oatmeal into a giant cookie. It’s as easy as that. This goes back to our idea that you don’t have to give up the food you love. We simply recreate our favorite meals out of whole foods.

It’s also a good on-the-go breakfast for those who have early work mornings or for kids before school.

I bet you can’t say that about a bowl of regular oatmeal.

On another note, these cookies can be meal prepped so you don’t have to be baking in the kitchen every morning.

And with only 5 wholesome ingredients…

You can’t go wrong. Now you can have your “cookie” and eat it too!

Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie


Course Breakfast, Dessert, Snack
Cuisine American
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Total Time 20 minutes
Servings 1

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 banana
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp non-dairy chocolate chips or chopped pieces
  • 1-2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (Depending on consistency)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Add all ingredients to a small food processor or blender except the chocolate chips

  3. On a parchment paper lined tray, form one large cookie with your dough and add the chocolate chunks to your cookie

  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes

Making Spinach Applesauce for my 6 month old! (btw Making Spinach Applesauce for my 6 month old! (btw, he loved it!)

6 apples (peeled)
1 cup baby spinach 
1/2 tsp cinnamon 
1/2 cup water 

On medium heat, add all ingredients except for the spinach. Cover for 10-15 minutes until apples are soft. When the apples are done, mix in the spinach. Blend & freeze for 12 servings!

This 33’x450’ property had a profound effect on his art and overall life but unfortunately it has gone unappreciated and unrecognized. We are also a few months away from transforming the famous art studio into a historical Airbnb, allowing passionate art enthusiasts to stay at the creative epicenter of where the majority of Burchfield’s journal entries and paintings were created. Spread the word!

For over 37 years, I've lived under the ideal that nothing in life is black or white, but shades of grey filled with individualized nuances. Witnessing the strength of my wife growing and delivering this perfect baby has truly opened my eyes.

In my own life, there hasn't been a moment or memory that I would describe as such perfection but minutes right before this picture was taken was the exact moment. The purest thing I've ever experienced happened, hearing and then seeing my son for the first time.

Words really can't describe it, besides this exact memory will be one that I carry through to my final breath.

What’s crazy is that when we went on an Alaskan cruise many years ago, we stopped into one of the most beautiful Canadian city’s- Victoria, British Columbia. While there, we came across a vegan deli, @theverygoodbutchers and were so blown away by their food! Fast forward years later and we can’t believe we found their brand at Wegmans and are so excited to have this for Thanksgiving!
