We are turning morning oatmeal into a giant cookie. It’s as easy as that. This goes back to our idea that you don’t have to give up the food you love. We simply recreate our favorite meals out of whole foods.
It’s also a good on-the-go breakfast for those who have early work mornings or for kids before school.
I bet you can’t say that about a bowl of regular oatmeal.
On another note, these cookies can be meal prepped so you don’t have to be baking in the kitchen every morning.
And with only 5 wholesome ingredients…
You can’t go wrong. Now you can have your “cookie” and eat it too!
Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 banana
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp non-dairy chocolate chips or chopped pieces
- 1-2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (Depending on consistency)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Add all ingredients to a small food processor or blender except the chocolate chips

On a parchment paper lined tray, form one large cookie with your dough and add the chocolate chunks to your cookie

Bake for 12-15 minutes
