Buffalo Soy Curls

Ingredients

  • 1 package Soy Curls (I use the brand, Butler)
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce (I use Frank's)
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning

Instructions

  1. Soak the soy curls in boiling water for 10 minutes. Once complete, drain the water and use paper towels to squeeze out the excess water.

  2. Mix the soy curls in a large bowl with the flour, nutritional yeast and seasonings.

  3. Air fry at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Shake around and cook for another 5 minutes.

  4. Once complete, mix the soy curls with the Buffalo sauce and serve.
