Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 super ripe bananas
  • 1 cup oats ground into flour or leave as is
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 2 tbsp non-dairy semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • dash of sea salt
  • dash of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes and store in the refrigerator.
