Raw Cookie Dough Slabs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 stick Earth Balance butter (or 1/2 cup)
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1-2 cups Wegmans semi-sweet chocolate chips (or any non-dairy chocolate chip brand)

Instructions

  1. Soften the butter for 10-15 secionds in the microwave. Make sure it's softened, and not completley liquid.

  2. Mix in the brown sugar, almond milk, vanilla and sea salt.

  3. Once combined, add the flour and 1/2 cup of the mini chocolate chips.

  4. Spread the cookie dough into an 8x8 inch dish. I lined mine with parchment paper for easy clean up.

  5. If adding a chocolate layer to the top, melt the rest of the chocolate chips in a small bowl and pour over the flattened dough.

  6. Freeze for at least 30 minutes and cut into slabs or squares.
