Raw Brownie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder or cocoa powder
  • 10 dates (pitted) soaked in warm water for 15 minutes

Instructions

  1. Soak the pitted dates in warm water for 15 minutes.

  2. Add all ingredients to a food processor. You made need to add a dash of water depending on your consistency and size of your dates.

  3. Once the mixture is a brownie batter substance, use parchment paper to press the dough into a rectangle.

  4. Refrigerate while making the chocolate frosting topping.
